As a member of group, Jiangsu Jiuding Group Inc. was reformed as the stock-cooperated company in 1994, based on Rugao Fiberglass Factory. It’s a National Secondary Enterprise, designated manufacturing enterprise of the special fiberglass cloth for national aviation and spaceflight, of fiberglass geo-grid for the state Economy and Trade Commission, the key high ad new technology state-level enterprise, Jiangsu growing enterprise, Nantong key enterprise, Jiangsu Civilized Organization. After obtaining self-important and export right in 1996, it has set up its own import and export corporation in 1999, passed ISO 9002 quality system authentication in 1999 and ISO 9001 in 2001.
